  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.


3. Refund Process and Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We may offer exchanges for wrong product received, damaged or defective items, or size replacement requests (if applicable).


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, the normal return process applies.
